Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on total package weight and destination.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand soon.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for oversized items.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  2. If it’s still missing after 3 business days, email hello@brooklynstrollclub.com with your order number.

We’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Brooklyn Stroll Club is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help locate your order.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship on or around the date listed in the product description. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all items may ship together unless stated otherwise

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to update it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@brooklynstrollclub.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
